Our help desk service provides email support for all Leaseholders at our Blocks. Emails are directed to the correct department or person and acknowledged. 


Copy documents such as insurance policies and statements of account can be sent by email in pdf format.


Communications received by post are usually directed to the correct department or person on the day that they arrive. 


Where payments are received by post they are acknowledged by a posted receipt.


Where documents need to be returned to us, such as voting forms or signed documents a pre-paid envelope is provided.
