Sometimes a project will be suggested for a property that needs input from us in order to find out if it is feasible. New security features or energy saving measures may seem like a good idea, but need to be researched as to effectiveness and cost and the results circulated to the Leaseholders often with a referendum. 


Projects of this nature are often not followed through or not thoroughly researched as they are time consuming and not part of a Managing Agents day to day work. 


We treat these projects as a separate task for our team, with a fixed fee and a time frame agreed with the client.
