We pride ourselves on our pro-active approach to maintenance of our properties. We have a database of contractors who work for us regularly to fixed hourly rates and an out of hours advice line to ensure that we are able to react to an emergency as quickly as possible.

Unexpected works, such as blocked drains, failed locks and pest control are dealt with from the budgeted minor works fund; planned works are quoted and agreed with you before they are undertaken.


Contracts for items such as cleaning, gardening, entryphone maintenance are regularly monitored and reviewed. 

Contractors are required to complete attendance sheets and are regularly monitored.

All Contractors that work on our sites are required to produce Health and Safety documentation and evidence of liability insurance.
