Any works that will cost more than ¬£250 per flat need to go through a consultation process set down by law. 

We oversee the process for obtaining competitive tenders by commissioning a survey and specification and issuing the required consultation letters to each Leaseholder.

These will request nominated contractors, contain an analysis of the tenders received and give recommendations on the funding of the project.

Contact will be maintained with the supervising surveyor and Leaseholders throughout the Contract .

At the end of the Contract Leaseholders are given the opportunity to comment on the works before final payment is released.

The support service is included in our Full Management fee but additional Surveyors fees will be payable.
