BLOCK REPORTS


Each property will have its nominated Leaseholders to stand as Directors and liaise with us as to the day to day management of the property.


We aim to make this task as easy as possible with clear and accurate reports tailored to meet their needs.


Generally, a quarterly financial report is issued to Directors detailing :


  • expenditure from the fund to date
  • ongoing lessee issues and actions taken
  • progress on planned major works projects
  • New maintenance items required including quotations or costs expectations
  • new or ongoing insurance claims

These reports can be delivered monthly or half yearly as required and are usually sent by email but can be sent in hard copy.

LEASEHOLDER STATEMENTS OF ACCOUNT

The day to day finances for our Managed blocks are recorded on our computer accounts system and Service Charge Statements are issued at least quarterly to all Leaseholders showing demands made and payments received.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

A full report on the expenditure for the year and an updated reserves forecast are tabled at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
