Each property will have its nominated Leaseholders to stand as Directors and liaise with us as to the day to day management of the property.
We aim to make this task as easy as possible with clear and accurate reports tailored to meet their needs.
Generally, a quarterly financial report is issued to Directors detailing :
- expenditure from the fund to date
- ongoing lessee issues and actions taken
- progress on planned major works projects
- New maintenance items required including quotations or costs expectations
- new or ongoing insurance claims
