Buying your block's freehold is, in certain circumstances, every leaseholders right however this is often too complicated or expensive to be achieved. The alternative for a block with a majority of willing Leaseholders is to exercise your legal Right to Manage. This gives your Leaseholders control over the way that the property is managed including the Agents and Contractors to be used .

This process is easily managed by our team leading clients through the many requirements from setting up the Right to Manage Company, liaising with the Freeholder and ensuring a smooth handover .Once the Management is within the control of the Leaseholders we can help with our service menu, allowing you to use our expertise only when and where it is needed.  The Lease terms will need to be adhered to and we can work with you to ensure that you are fully compliant.

If you have resident owners who are happy to liaise with the gardeners and cleaners, you will not need us to oversee them, however if all of your lessees are out at work all day you will need someone to be able to do this for you. 

If you are a small block and are happy to collect your own service charges and keep your own accounts you can do this , turning to us if someone fails to pay or to prepare the year end Service Charge Certificate needed to be compliant with Landlord and Tenant regulations.

We will bill you at the end of each month for the basic service level agreed and any add on services that you have requested.
