Telephone support is provided for all Leaseholders at our Blocks. Calls are swiftly directed to the correct department or person. A freephone number is provided so that contacting us should never cost you money.

For Out of Office Hours an answerphone enables a message to be left or, in the case of an emergency, a helpline number is given.

The helpline does not connect you to a contractor but to a Senior member of staff who will be able to advise you on the best course of action to be taken and help you to resolve your emergency.
