We have a pro-active approach to maintaining our properties. Although we conduct regular site inspections we encourage residents to report any maintenance issues that arise so we can deal with them as quickly as possible.

Unexpected works (such as blocked drains, failed locks and pest control) are managed through the budgeted minor works fund; planned works (such as reroofing and installing CCTV) are quoted and agreed with you before they are undertaken.
