"The help, time and efforts of the staff at PSP have been very much appreciated during a long, drawn out episode of having to tolerate an obviously unsuitable tenant. The resultant CCTV installation, which although was extra expense for us all, has proved a valuable asset in providing security for the occupants and their properties at Cork House."

Mrs Hoare, Non-Resident Flat owner: Cork House - Orpington, Kent

"My husband and I own a flat in Orpington managed by Property Services Plus, it is currently rented and as we live over 60 miles away I just wanted to say that I am so pleased we have Property Services Plus as our maintenance company. The staff are always available to take a call or answer an e-mail and are helpful and friendly. Recently, they organised all the trees on the site to be pruned and whilst I was on a visit to Kent I went around to the flat to have a look and was very pleased with the pruning and the smartness of the communal grounds".

Anthony Tait, Director: Athill Court Freeholders Limited

"When PSPL took on the management contract for Athill Court, Sevenoaks they inherited the challenge of a poorly maintained block with a few troublesome residents and owners on leases of around 70 years.

Under their management and with foresight they adopted a realistic, affordable budget, kept the owners informed and dealt with the issues.

After instigating legal procedures disruptive tenants were replaced; a structured refurbishment of the building took place over an agreed period; new leases were issued and a 'Freeholders' company formed giving the owners complete control of their investments and homes. Cavity wall insulation has hugely improve the energy efficiency of the building . Ongoing affordable maintenance being the key to their success. It is due to the efforts of Linda Reynolds and the PSPL team, that Athill Court is again a respectable, safe and well maintained block. On behalf of all owners, thank you for what you have achieved."
