Under their management and with foresight they adopted a realistic, affordable budget, kept the owners informed and dealt with the issues.

After instigating legal procedures disruptive tenants were replaced; a structured refurbishment of the building took place over an agreed period; new leases were issued and a 'Freeholders' company formed giving the owners complete control of their investments and homes. Cavity wall insulation has hugely improve the energy efficiency of the building . Ongoing affordable maintenance being the key to their success.
